The STAX SR-007 series (SR-007, SR-007A) is a milestone in the world of STAX electrostatic audio products. With each new development, the SR-007 series continues to embody the pinnacle of electrostatic audio products while celebrating the timeless design for which STAX is known. This tradition continues with the release of the SR-007S electrostatic earphones.

New device, advanced technology

The brand-new SR-007S features updated diaphragms and fixed electrodes based on the designs of the SR-007 and SR-007A. This improvement enhances the clarity of sound details while delivering deep, resonant tones. The newly designed large round fixed electrodes feature a 20% reduction in air hole diameter compared to previous models. This high-precision etching process further optimizes the product's acoustic sound profile.

The brand new ARS (Anti-Resonance Structure)

The design of the SR-007S features a distinctive arch inspired by the flagship SR-X9000 and utilizes a seamless stainless steel plate for improved rigidity and vibration reduction. Its innovative movable hinge area improves fit and comfort, while the rubber material on the headband attachment provides the series' signature adjustment-free, comfortable fit.

New sheepskin ear pads

The SR-007S ear pads feature a rotating design that adapts seamlessly, improving both comfort and fit. Made from high-quality sheepskin, the material improves sound quality by reducing unwanted reflections and optimizing sound absorption. The newly designed inner ear pad further refines sound absorption, provides an enhanced sense of perspective, and contributes to a more expansive, precise soundscape. The design, in STAX's signature brown, pays homage to the traditional aesthetics of the 007 series and combines classic elegance with state-of-the-art audio technology.

Detachable cable

A detachable cable structure has been implemented for easy maintenance, headphone durability, and future support and replacement if necessary.
